March 2019. On March 26, Dr. Jennifer Vanderhart spoke in Mexico City at the ICC Conference. She discussed the status of the app being developed by the joint ASIL-ICCA Damages Task Force.
November 2018. On November 3, Dr. Jennifer Vanderhart spoke at the 13th Fordham International Arbitration and Mediation Conference. Topics included the impact on international arbitration of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, the ICCA-ASIL web based damages analysis tool web app, Public policy exception and the New York Convention, Corruption and illegality in international arbitration, and the Convention on the Enforcement of Mediated Settlement Agreements and Enforceability of consent awards.
